'ticking time bomb'
I went to the health & benefits fair that the company puts on once a year. There you can wander from booth to booth, picking up swag. The standard response to questions is to call the 1-800 number on the pamphlet they shove into your swag bag. Not really much help, but that's kinda the state of the service industry in America. I did sit down to get a free blood pressure test. Bad idea. I had a beer, had been on my feet for a while, and I was fighting a crowd of people with barely enough social skills to clean their own clothes. After the test, the only thing I remember was the phrase 'ticking time bomb'. Then I realized this was someone working for an HMO trying to get me to join. Maybe my blood pressure was high, but the hard sell was downright spooky. I came for the shrimp and beer, I left with a sense of dread.

Did you get some hard numbers? Their sell only works to a point when you have data available. 120/80 is totally acceptable for someone walking around.
it was something like 160/120. In a doctor's office it's around 130/60.
