iPhone
I don't want to want an iPhone, but I do. My reasoning is: why waste money on a new phone that doesn't integrate with the Mac, has a lousy UI, and looks like an industrial turd when I can get exactly what I want? This is the device that'll change the company forever. Mind you, the likelyhood of getting your hands on one in the next few months is going to be next to impossible. And that'll just make me want it more. dammit. p.s. buy Apple stock now, or you'll kick yourself later.

Do what I'm going to do if you're worried about buying an iPhone now and then kicking yourself when iPhone 2.0 comes out.
Buy your iPhone (when you finally can get your hands on one) and then, when iPhone 2.0 comes out, buy that, too, and pass iPhone 1.0 to your wife!

Yeah, give your wife the outdated crap, she won't know the difference.....shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
